Since the 9th and 10th centuries, Ohrid educators like St. Kliment and Naum, followed the path of Cyril and Methodius, spreading literacy and knowledge among the people, and laying the foundations of culture and spirituality of an entire region. Their mission was not only to teach, but also to inspire – building awareness, unity and faith in higher goals.

The modern leader also inspires their own team, builds a culture of trust and initiates positive change through strategic insight and knowledge, empathy and effective communication. As leaders of the future, we carry forward the legacy of the Ohrid educators: leadership based on vision, ethics, personal example and care for others.
